eStatements

Downloadable PDFs of your eStatements are available on the first of the month. They remain archived in the portal for 36 months.

To Enroll:

  1. Login to Online Banking or the Mobile App.
  2. Click on the blue “eStatements” icon on the dashboard.
  3. Follow the prompts to finish enrollment.

 
To Access the Portal:

  1. Login to Online Banking or the Mobile App.
  2. Click on the blue “eStatements” icon on the dashboard.
  3. Click “Monthly Statements.”
  4. Click the statement you want to view.
 
 

eAlerts

eAlerts allow you to be notified via text or email when there is activity on your account. You can customize these alerts to notify you when your account balance falls below a certain amount, when withdrawals and deposits occur, and more.  This is a great tool to help manage and monitor your account activity.

To Enroll:

  1. Login to Online Banking or the Mobile App.
  2. Click the “eAlerts” tab on the Main page.
  3. Follow the prompts to set up your eAlerts.


To Set Up User Alerts: 

  1. Login to Online Banking or the Mobile App.
  2. Click your name or profile icon on the tap right of the dashboard.
  3. Click “User Alerts.”
  4. Set your preferences.

Bill Pay

Bill Pay is a convenient and free way to pay your bills from your checking account without the hassle of writing out checks and paying for postage.  Send one-time and/or recurring payments at your convenience!

To Enroll:

  1. Login to Online Banking or the Mobile App.
  2. Click the blue square “Pay a Bill” icon on the dashboard or “Bill Pay” on the menu.
  3. Follow the prompts to finish enrolling.

Member 2 Member

Send funds to another member’s account efficiently with this new tool.  You will need to be able to provide:

  • The primary member’s last name,
  • The primary member’s member number
  • Share ID for the subshare they want the funds deposited to (the share ID is a 4-digit number preempted by “S”)
  • Amount to transfer
Closure notice

We will observe the following closures for the winter holidays:
CLOSED on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Day (Dec 24, Dec 25, and Jan 1). OPEN 8:30-12pm on New Years Eve (Dec 31).
