Our mobile app brings the convenience of online banking to your mobile phone or tablet by providing a free, convenient, and secure way to access your accounts on-the-go.

Note: Your username and password for the mobile app are the same as Online Banking.

Mobile Deposit

Mobile Deposit allows you to conveniently deposit checks into your account by taking a picture of them with your mobile device.

Bill Pay

Online Bill Pay is a convenient and free way to pay your bills from your checking account without the hassle of writing out checks and paying for postage.

Card Controls

Protect against fraud by using the mobile app to freeze your card, mark it as lost or stolen, and order a replacement.

Enrolling in the Mobile App

Note: If you enroll in online banking, you will automatically be enrolled for the mobile app as well.  If you do not have online banking, you can enroll via the app using these steps.

  1. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Open the app and tap “First time user? Enroll Now.”
  3. Enter your social security number/EIN, member number, email, and phone number. These must match the ones on your account with us, because it allows our secure system to look up and sync with your account. Tap “Next.”
  4. Set up your 2-step verification (“2FA”) and confirm the code that was sent to you, then tap “Done.”
  5. Read the User Agreement and tap “Accept.”
  6. Chose a desired username, password, and 4-digit passcode for the app.
  7. If desired, set up Face ID or Touch ID.

 

Using the Mobile App

You can learn how navigate within the app by using this guide.  Here are some additional helpful tips:

  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap “Organize Dashboard” to reorganize all the sections in a way that suits your needs!

  • Personalize how you see your accounts on the dashboard! Just tap the three dots in the upper right corner, and then select “Organize accounts” to rearrange them, or change how much information you can see about them by tapping “Compact,” “Expanded,” or “Totals.”

  • You can easily transfer funds to any other BFCU member! You will need their last name, member number, and the 4-digit ID for the subaccount they want the funds to go into (Example: 0000 for primary savings).

  • It may take several minutes for your mobile app/online banking account to sync the first time you login, as it is pulling and syncing all of your information from our system at once.  Subsequent syncs/updates will be more efficient!

  • When you first enroll in remote deposit, we must enable it on our end before you can use it. This is a one-time action that our staff are continuously monitoring, so most are settled on the same business day the request came in.

  • If your device has iOS software, please make sure it is at least version 16.4.

  • If you purchased and set up your mobile device internationally, you might not be able to access the mobile app, but you should still be able to use online banking.

 
Deleting Your Mobile App/Online Banking Login

Closure notice

We will observe the following closures for the winter holidays:
CLOSED on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Day (Dec 24, Dec 25, and Jan 1). OPEN 8:30-12pm on New Years Eve (Dec 31).

Remember, you can perform most of your banking business via our mobile app or our 24/7 deposit ATMs (credit union drive-up and Calumet AmericInn)!
