Member Vehicle Lot

THE MEMBER VEHICLE LOT IS NOW OPEN FOR THE 2024 SEASON!

Who can display a vehicle in the credit union parking lot?

Only members of Breakwater Federal Credit Union may display their vehicles in the parking lot,.

When can I display my vehicle?

Space is available from May 1st to October 15th. However, please note that this is maintenance- and weather-permitting and that you may be asked to move your vehicle if snow begins to accumulate or work needs to be done on the lot.

How long can I keep my vehicle in the lot?

Vehicles may be parked for a maximum of two weeks (14 days).

Where should I park my vehicle?

There are six spaces available for displays on the southeast corner of the lot (see photo below). Though most vehicle types are permitted, the following guidelines must be followed:

  • The vehicle bumper should not extend over the curb so as not to interfere with lawn care.
  • The vehicle must fit in one parking space.
  • The owner takes full responsibility for fluid leaks from the car on display.

Can prospective buyers inquire about my automobile at the credit union?

We do not provide information about the vehicle to interested parties, so please have a complete description (including price, important vehicle details, and contact numbers) prominently displayed in the vehicle window.

How do I claim a spot in the lot?

You must complete a Vehicle Lot Agreement form and provide it to Member Services. If there is an available spot, you can park your vehicle. If you have questions, you can call or text Member Services at (906) 482-5005.
